Refund Policy

1. Who handles payments

Truing is operated by Prashant Pandey, trading as Truing. Payments are processed by Paddle, acting as merchant of record and authorised reseller. Paddle may appear on your card or bank statement.

2. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future billing and your account keeps access until the end of the paid billing period.

If you forgot to cancel and the renewal has just happened, email support@truingdata.com. We will review refund requests fairly, especially where there has been little or no use in the renewed period.

3. Credit top-ups

Unused top-up credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have already been used for identity-resolution results are not normally refundable, unless the charge was accidental, duplicated, or required by law to be refunded.

4. Failed delivery or duplicate payments

If a payment succeeds but credits, watch slots, or subscription access are not applied to your account, contact us and we will either fix the account or arrange a refund. Duplicate payments will be refunded or credited after review.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@truingdata.com with your account email, Paddle receipt or transaction ID, and a short explanation. You can also request payment support through Paddle at paddle.net.

Approved card refunds usually take several working days to appear, depending on the payment method and bank.

6. Abuse

We may refuse refunds for accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to bypass metering, resell raw output as a competing database, or violate the Terms of Service.
